About The Revival Project

Rebuilding the songs like a real band made them.

The revival takes the spirit of Sonic Underground and pushes it into a more polished rock-band presentation. The goal is not only to cover the music, but to create the impression that Sonic, Manic, and Sonia could exist as a real stage act with a coherent sound, visual identity, and creative direction.

Reimagined Songs

Original Sonic Underground songs are rebuilt as if the hedgehogs were a real working rock band.

Modernized Visuals

The trio is being reworked with a cleaner animated look and full stage-ready attire.

Band Illusion

The project aims to make the music, arrangements, and presentation feel like a believable revival act.

Meet The Creator

Henry "Manic"

Henry fell in love with Sonic Underground as a kid. The music was the part that stayed with him, eventually pushing him toward guitar, drums, and production.

Age 8

The show connects

Henry, also known as Manic, discovered Sonic Underground after school and was drawn first to the music.

Age 10

First guitar

The songs pushed him toward learning real instruments, starting with guitar and later drums.

Age 16

Deep study

He began studying the show, its story, and the original songs closely enough to rebuild the sound from the ground up.

2023

Revival channel launches

The Sonic Underground Revival YouTube channel launched on October 13, 2023. A first demo of "We Are Sonic Underground" followed for the show anniversary.

Music Production

A revival built from sound first.

The sound starts with studying the original songs, then rebuilding them with real guitar, bass, drums, amps, cabinets, effects, and recording choices. The result should feel nostalgic, but not like a low-effort remake.
